(1) Physical properties

(3) Thermal performance

PP non-woven fabric has good heat resistance, melting point at 164-170℃, products can be sterilized at more than 100℃ temperature. Under the action of no external force, 150℃ does not deform. Embrittlement temperature is -35℃, and embrittlement will occur below -35℃, and the heat resistance is not as good as PE.

(4) Chemical stability

PP non-woven fabric has good chemical stability, in addition to acid erosion, other chemical reagents are relatively stable, but low molecular weight aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons can make PP non-woven fabric softening and swelling, chemical stability with the increase of cleanliness and improve.

(5) Electrical properties

Non-woven high frequency insulation performance is excellent, because it almost does not absorb water, so the insulation performance is not affected by humidity, has a high dielectric coefficient, and with the rise of temperature, can be used to make heated electrical insulation products, breakdown voltage is also very high, suitable for electrical accessories. (6) Weather resistance
